Job Overview: - Cristallo Maldives is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join their Finance Team in Head Office, Malé, Maldives. The role involves day-to-day accounting support, managing accounts payable and receivable, while ensuring compliance with financial documentation. Salary: Not stated. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. - Verify supplier invoices against Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Notes, and Goods Received Notes (GRNs). - Maintain accurate financial records and file accounting documents. - Assist with bank, insurance, government, and statutory documentation. - Support month-end closing, GST reporting, and reconciliations. - Prepare AP/AR schedules and monitor outstanding balances. - Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for payment-related issues. - Maintain organized financial records (physical and electronic). - Provide support during audits and stock counts. - Assist Finance Team with accounting and administrative duties. Qualifications & Experience: - Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Partial qualification in ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is a plus. - 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance. - Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) preferred. - Experience in construction industry is advantageous. - Familiarity with QuickBooks, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems preferred.
