Frequently asked questions

Answers based on the publishing and account features currently available in NoticeHub.

Getting started

What is NoticeHub?

NoticeHub is a public directory for Jobs, Notices and Tenders across the Maldives. Organisations use NoticeHub accounts to prepare and publish Notices and Tenders; Jobs are supplied and managed by Jobsicle.

Do I need an account to browse listings?

No. Anyone can browse public Jobs, Notices and Tenders and open their available public documents. An organisation account is required only to create and manage Notices or Tenders.

Can I create drafts before buying a plan?

Yes. You can prepare and save Notice or Tender drafts before purchasing publishing access. A valid entitlement is required when the listing is submitted for publication.

Can I post or apply for Jobs through NoticeHub?

No. NoticeHub displays Jobsicle jobs as a read-only public service. Job posting, applications and other job-account features remain with Jobsicle or the destination stated on the job.

Creating and managing listings

How do I publish a Notice or Tender?

Create an organisation account, complete your profile, prepare a draft, choose the appropriate publishing plan and submit the listing for review. Approved payment does not publish a listing automatically.

What happens after I submit a listing?

The listing enters NoticeHub moderation. It is published only after it passes review; if changes are required, the dashboard shows the review outcome so you can correct and resubmit it.

Can I change a published listing?

Yes. Use the amendment workflow to propose eligible content or document changes. The currently published version remains public until the amendment is reviewed and approved.

Can I extend, cancel or duplicate a listing?

An active listing can use its dedicated deadline-extension or cancellation action when available. You can also duplicate a listing into a clean draft; deadlines and documents are not copied, and the new draft follows the normal publishing process.

How long do Notices and Tenders remain visible?

A Notice remains active through its Display Until date. A Tender remains active until its submission deadline. Ended records may remain available in the appropriate expired or closed view.

Can I search and filter public listings?

Yes. Jobs, Notices and Tenders have their own search and filter controls. Tender location filters use the NoticeHub Maldives Location Directory, while Job locations come from Jobsicle.

Plans, payments and billing

How does Single Listing work?

Each approved Single Listing purchase adds one publishing credit to your organisation balance. One eligible submission consumes one credit, and multiple credits can be purchased through separate approved invoices.

What is Power Listing?

Power Listing covers one selected eligible draft and includes the configured period of manual social media promotion after that listing is published. It is linked to that listing and cannot be transferred to another listing.

How does Annual Subscription work?

Annual Subscription provides unlimited Notice and Tender publishing access for 365 days after payment approval. Renewing while annual access is active adds another 365 days to the current expiry.

How do I pay for a publishing plan?

Generate an invoice, pay its bank-transfer instructions and submit the payment confirmation from the invoice page. NoticeHub reviews the submission before activating the related entitlement.

Can I change a plan after generating an invoice?

You can change an unpaid invoice before a payment submission is made. Once payment has been submitted for review, the package can no longer be changed through that flow.

Where can I download invoices and receipts?

Invoices can be downloaded from Publishing & Billing. A receipt becomes available for download only after the payment is approved and the invoice is marked paid.

Organisation accounts and verification

Why should I complete the organisation profile?

The profile supplies the organisation identity and contact information used throughout publishing, billing and verification. Required profile information, including the organisation logo, must be complete before a verification request.

What is organisation verification?

Verification lets NoticeHub review official organisation information and supporting documents. Approval adds the verified badge and locks the verified organisation name; it does not endorse individual listings.

What happens if verification needs more information?

The request remains available for resubmission. Replace or add the requested documents and submit the updated information through the same verification journey. Verification documents remain private.

Can I add Team Members?

Not currently. One user manages each organisation account for now. Team Member access will be introduced in a future update.

How are account and publishing updates delivered?

NoticeHub shows dashboard notifications and sends configured email events for important listing, payment, verification and security activity. Security notifications cannot be disabled.

Documents, activity and account help

What files can be attached to a listing?

The main listing document must be a PDF. Up to five supporting documents may be PDF, DOCX or XLSX; each file may be up to 20 MB, with a 50 MB combined limit. Unsafe or invalid file content is rejected.

Can public visitors view or download listing documents?

Documents approved with a public listing can be opened from its public page. PDFs use the local NoticeHub viewer, and available documents are served through controlled download routes.

Where can an organisation see listing activity?

The listing-management page shows status history, page views and document download totals for that organisation’s listing. These management figures are not displayed as public account controls.

What should I do if I cannot access my account?

Use the password-reset page for a forgotten password. For email verification, organisation-review or another access problem, contact NoticeHub using one of the channels on this page. Never send your password or verification code to support.
