Accounts Executive

Qualifications & Experience Full AAT qualification or CA part qualification. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Management is an added advantage. Minimum 5 years’ commercial experience, including 2 years in an audit firm. Experience in construction or real estate is an added advantage. Proficiency in SAP B1/ERP, accounting software, and MS Office. Key Responsibilities Manage store, supplier, subcontractor, and staff-related accounting entries. Verify subcontractor invoices, agreements, supplier payments, and expenses. Check and process bank transactions, TT, LC, deposits, and withdrawals. Reconcile staff-related expenses, including air tickets, work permits, and medical payments. Ensure accurate and complete SAP B1 entries and stock documentation. Process invoices related to various cost and profit centres. Provide support to the Accounts team when required. Work effectively as a team player with strong attention to detail.
